I’ve Got Your Back

“I’ve got your back.” This is what my girlfriends and I would say to one another to show support when things got tough.

This is how I think of individual therapy; my role is to listen to you, so that you feel heard. We collaborate so that we have a shared understanding of your feelings and experiences.

You are unique and you’ve come to therapy because something in your life isn’t working. Right now, you may not know what that something is, but together we will find what makes you feel stuck.

I’ve got your back. I draw from a number of psychological modalities and my approach to therapy would be considered humanistic, because it encourages choices personal to your experience.

I can help you recognize unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior and support you to implement tools that can affect change and build self-confidence. We’ll work this out together, and don’t worry, I’ve got your back.

I’ll be in touch.

I can’t wait to hear from you!

NO SURPRISES ACT:  GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.  Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.  You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.  You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.  If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.   For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
